My name is Guy Ferro. Thanks for visiting my website! I've been helping clients buy and sell real estate since 2015. My career started after graduating from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. I helped buyers and sellers in Chattanooga and consistently performed in the top 20% of agents. At the start of 2022, I decided to move back to Nashville to get closer to my family. It was a tough decision from a business standpoint, but an easy one from a family stance. I have since reestablished myself in Nashville. I happily serve the Greater Nashville area; Davidson & Williamson county, with an emphasis on the urban core.

Since the start of his career in 2015, Guy has had the pleasure of assisting clients buy and sell over $65 million in property.
Guy works with a diverse range of clients from first time home buyers, seasoned consumers, out-of-state buyers, investors, and all alike.
Guy is a licensed Broker, a designation held by only a small percentage of Realtors.
Guy is also a licensed General Contractor. He believes that as important as it is to understand the market, practice skillful negotiating, and advise his clients, it's just as important to have a deep understanding of the tangible product that is bought and sold.
