My name is Guy Ferro. Thanks for visiting my website! I've been helping clients buy and sell real estate since 2015. My career started after college in Chattanooga, and I moved back to Nashville at the start of 2022 to be closer to my family. I serve the Greater Nashville area; Davidson & Williamson county, with an emphasis on the urban core. My wife, Kaley, live in East Nashville with our daughter Anna, two dogs, and one cat. We love everything East Nashville offers and can often be found walking at the Airpark, grabbing coffee at Dose, or eating Mexican at Cinco De Mayo.

Guy is a licensed Broker, a designation held by only a small percentage of Realtors.
Guy is also a licensed General Contractor. He believes that as important as it is to understand the market, practice skillful negotiating, and advise his clients, it's just as important to have a deep understanding of the tangible product that is bought and sold.
